• Sen Flow, a start-up fitness and wellness studio in the heart of Sydney’s Vietnamese community, had no brand identity when its owner, Cathy Pahm, approached us to create one from scratch.

    Through research, workshops, and focus groups, we developed a brand strategy that led to the name Sen Flow.

    The brand identity needed to reflect Cathy’s values while fostering a strong connection with the local community. We simply invited them to ‘Join the Sen Flow’.

    A bold, cohesive identity across multiple touchpoints helped Sen Flow stand out in a saturated market. This led to rapid membership growth, establishing the studio as one of the best in south-west Sydney.
