Sonic Healthcare Values

On the back of the success for the ‘Connecting with Kindness’ campaign, Sonic Healthcare tasked us with refreshing their brand values to engage their staff.

Previously housed as a one-pager in a multi-page introduction document, we wanted to ensure these brand values were not lost or skipped over.

So, we turned what was once a HR checklist, into something employees could engage with every day.

Brand values are the DNA of any brand. And it just so happens that actual DNA is at the heart of what Sonic Clinical Services do. We took inspiration from the helix shape of that DNA and incorporated it into the design.

We also ensured this campaign had visual synergy with our Kindness campaign.

The results? An uptick in trust between Sonic Healthcare professionals and an inspired workforce.
